Coach’s Perspective — A Real-World Case Study
Before coaching others, I coached myself.
Like many men and women over 40—especially Soldiers, Veterans, and first responders—I found myself strong in some areas, inconsistent in others, and fighting time, stress, and recovery.
Rather than chasing trends, I built a system around discipline, sustainable training, smart nutrition, and recovery—and tested it on myself first.
Over time, that process reshaped my body, rebuilt my consistency, and restored confidence—not through extremes, but through structure and accountability.
That lived experience is what I now pass on to my clients.
I don’t teach theory. I teach what works in real life.
