I am Robert, founder of Iron Legacy Coaching LLC, Soldier, and Certified Personal Trainer and Culinary Nutrition Coach. For 33 years, the Army forged discipline, resilience, and leadership into my daily life—and I had to use that same discipline to rebuild myself first before I could coach others.
